I am frustrated with the new updated app. I self-monitored my cameras. With the new update, I can no longer see past videos even though I have a storage base with SD card. I don’t get notifications to my phone any longer either. I tried to call Arlo, but since I am not a plan member they don’t answer my questions/concerns. You have lost a customer Arlo.

Did you try clicking on the calendar icon at the top right?
