No recording. Got a message saying "arlo team is working on it"?

My systems recently having problem recording in the last few days. Check library got message that Arlo team is aware and working on it (see attached).
Anyone's having same problem?

Try the web client - any different? If so, reboot the phone and reinstall the app.

I'm having the same problem as well I cannot get connected to view the live stream and when I click the library it says the team is working on it.

The only work around I have right now to see the live stream is to use Google home. It seems like the app is just not connecting to the camera at all however the hardware is still functioning. I can't even go to the settings of the camera without being logged out of the app.

The reboot works. The message "Arlo team is working on it " drove me off that track. After a couple reboots, recording was resumed.
