I just bought my camera and it is working great except for one camera. When you look at it on the main screen it shows a colorful bunch of pixels. But if you go into the settings tab of the camera and look at it there the picture is perfect. I have tried to add and delete the camera, use new batteries but nothing works. Please advise. Thanks

First step is to open and close the battery cover on the camera.

Sounds like a defective camera. Open a trouble ticket.
