No pencil icon so can’t change recording time on Arlo. HELP!

Hello!
I’ve been trying to change the record time to longer than 10 seconds and have followed all recommended advice, mode, armed mode, and I can’t see a pencil icon anywhere to change the video settings. I’ve spent some time looking. I schedule I can click on a pencil and change times, but nothing comes up in Armed mode.
Do we maybe have a model that won’t let us do that? Help needed, thank you so much.

Sounds like you don't have admin rights. Log in with the main acount and you should be golden.
