I have a 4540 with no sub and Direct Storage Access active.  In the app under Feed, there is the option to playback either cloud or local feeds, but in the web portal there is no such option for local feed.  I have 3 Pro2 and 2 Essential gen 2 cameras and all local feeds playback properly in the app, just not on the web portal.

Correct.  Local recordings are only available in the app (not my.arlo.com).  Plus they can only be accessed from the primary account (not friend accounts).

 

This has always been the case - not something that changed with "Feed".
