No internet signal to router

I hooked up the netgear router to my mac time capsule.  Initially I was able to see an internet connection to my netgear arlo router....but now I no longer have a connection.  I have reset eveyrthing a dozen times.  Issue two....when I did have an internet connection it showed my two cameras were synced...the blue light flashed quickly...however I was never able to show that devices were connected when opening the app.  Frustrated...need help.

First the left most two LEDs on the base must be Green... ( power- internet )

Have you tried a full reset of the base?  ( hold the reset button for about ten seconds till the front leds flash ) Start over as if new, resync cameras.
