No idea what is normal behavior. No live streaming.

When I click on any image, it seems to work as one would expect. It gets large and the file plays a 10 second recording of the most recent event.
Cameras are not offline: they do record current events triggered by motion. I just cannot do anything by making adjustments in the software.
Cameras
I click on the go button and the screen turns green, but nothing else happens. Then I click on the Pause button and a new image appears. When I click on the go button for the new image, the screen says please wait and then turns green for an indefinite period. Clicking on the bullseye button or the camera button has no effect. Sorry for the imprecise language, but there is no manual for this camera that explains what the icons mean or how they are to be used.
Settings
Position mode first goes to the most recent image and says “please wait.” Then it goes to a green screen for an indefinite period. Never shows live streaming. I have 300 Mbps/20 Mbps internet speed. Pan and zoom only shows some vintage images from when the cameras were first initialized. I do not know how to change them. What is pan and zoom for? More live streaming? If so, it is non-functional. I clicked on the little green camera. A small rectangle appears with a light green barber pole. That is all that happens.
Invert image does not always invert image. Works occasionally, maybe 10% of time.

BillPutnam,
Do you get the same behavior when trying to use the live stream feature with a different browser? Consider trying to stream using an entirely different device, such as the mobile app on a phone or tablet to further isolate the issue. When using the live stream feature you should see a live feed of what the camera is currently viewing. Please let us know if you get different results when trying a different browser/device.
