Up until about 2 days ago, I had a history on all my cameras. The other day I went to connect to my home wifi network and it was gone. I called Comcast and I explained that my network was gone and what was connected to the network and they told me the network name had changed itself. They put my current password into the new network name. After that I realized there has been no camera history.
I've also noticed that the cameras haven't been picking up on any motion unless you're close to the camera.
How do I get my history back?

Jaide1010,
Welcome to the community! On the Basic Plan content will remain in the library for 7 days at which point it will be purged to the recycle bin and ultimately permanently deleted. It sounds like the content you are looking for has purged to the recycle bin and you may or may not find it there depending on how long it has been there.
In regard to your camera picking up motion consider checking your modes/rules and making sure motion detection is active. Increase the sensitivity for your cameras if you're having issues with them detecting motion.
let me know if you need any additional help!

The adjustments for the cameras sensitivty is located in the RULE for each camera.
SETTINGS / RULES / pick camera, hit EDIT ( pencil on pc ), adjust slider bar for more or less sense.
Most of the time somewhere between 80 and 95% should work ( for average conditions )
