Just signed on to the app and got this message. As usual all my other wifi products and Internet is working fine. Will this system ever work as advertised. I guess the good news is if I can't log on I can't few crappy smeared videos.

I'm glad it's working.

I have a blurb to offer regarding iPhones:

I go to Settings, Cellular, and scroll way down to the bottom and find Arlo and slide the associated button to "Off."

If I am connected to WiFi, everything's OK.

If I'm out of range of WiFi and I'm on LTE (Verizon), where I have a data cap, activating the Arlo app produces exactly the results you have posted here.

That alerts me that I am on broadband and, if I really want to see the cams, I have to follow the procedure above to allow Cellular long enough to satisfy my need and then return and disable again to prevent accidentally burning through data cap.
