I had 7 day free rolling storage and it had been working fine.
The widgets when clicked should show my history but the wait curser just spins.
The feed is working and the calendars have blue dots denoting there is recordings.
I have rebooted the VMB4000 and I have tried removing and readding one of the camera but still no luck with the history. I have 5 cameras. 4 VMC2030 and 1 Pro 2.
I had at one point a spotlight that was on a trial but that ended, I just want to go back to what I had...

Thanks for the updates. This symptom should be resolved now.

The Pro 2 should still have the free 7 day plan. However, the other cameras require a subscription for cloud recordings. Since their trial subs expired, you now need to purchase a plan.
The spinning "wait" indication is a different problem although it may be due to a lack of sub. Does the Pro 2 still work as before?

The VMC2030 (Essential Gen 1 spotlight camera) does not have (and has never had) free 7-day cloud storage.

Yeah, that model does have 7-day storage.
Are you seeing the recordings on the "Feed" page?

Thanks,
just to throw another wrinkle in there, as I don’t know if the web browser version uses the same source to do a build but when viewing from Chrome on my pc, the cameras display “There are no events for this day” but the feed is clearly showing events.
The calendar shows blue dot under the day, should indicate events but won’t display them under the individual camera from devices.

The web client is different, but this sounds like it is essentially the same bug. Neither show the videos on the camera display, they just fail a bit differently.

I saw there was an Arlo update for ios today, I updated and checked one of my cameras and it actually showed a video in the history, I got excited until I checked a different camera and it just had the spinner and never displays anything, I went back to the first camera and it went back to the spinner as well with no video history, it's behaving as before...

Same issue for me with 4540 base and Pro 2 cameras. Spinning wheel response on iOS app and Chrome browser portal erroneously lists "There are no events for this day." when in fact there are.

Other folks are seeing all the events in "Feed", but not when they press on the camera tile on the devices page.
Is that your experience also?

Yes, all events available in "Feed" tab.
No events available when camera is selected in "Device" tab.

I go to devices and all 3 cameras have a number of occurrences in the corner. I click on one of them and it says get a plan. It didn't used to do this. I could see everything with that camera. Now I go to feed and it's only showing 2 if the 3 cameras. But all of them had numbers in the corner. It seems like this new app it very picky what it will show.

Check that no filters are set in Feed. To do this, click on the 3 dot menu at the top and look for Feed Settings. There should be no numbers displayed. If there are, click on Feed Settings and then click on Restore Default Settings at the bottom, followed by Save.
If your cameras are truly all Pro 2 there's no need for a subscription unless you've set a feature such as activity zones that requires one.

After the Arlo trial was over i no longer have access to 7 days of cloud recording. EOL policy states it would still work, however on mine it will no longer record and I'm unable to reach any customer support.

@gtilles Do you happen to have a timestamp of when you viewed the mini feed and generated the log?
If not, can you please note the time and send another log.
Thank you
