No found new Firmware update on arlo base vmb4500

New firmware is released but the base do not detect it. It may be a region lock, but I need update the new firmware in order to record video from my arlo essential doorbell wireless.  Any help will appreciated! Thanks

Firmware updates are not always available to all regions. If your firmware is not updated to the version posted in the release table here on the community, it likely is still in a slow rollout phase.

 

Recording video, however, would not be blocked by not having the latest firmware. Are you able to provide more details about what you're experiencing?
