No email alerts on two different systems at two different locations two different emails.

I liked my system so much I iinstalled one at my mothers and now we both are not rec. email alertsa she has AOL,- go figure and I have gmail.  Looked through the community tried everything suggested and still not working................  HELP, have only had a few weeks and this was the only reason for getting the system..........

Step #1 is to verify that email notifications are enabled in your various modes.  Mode tab, select your system and edit your modes.  Make sure that the notifications are enabled and that the email addresses are correct.  You might want to turn on app/push notifications in the same place temporarily so you get at least one notification.
