I tried to contact Arlo support by phone & was told by their bot that I’m not entitled to customer service since I canceled my subscription! Are you freaking kidding me? They’re still Arlo cameras. So Arlo doesn’t help anyone troubleshoot without having a subscription? Never getting Arlo again & encouraging others not to as well!

When I first purchased my arlo cameras back in 2018 I was supported by arlo customer support while the cameras were still under 2y warranty. Could speak to a both the desk support and up to engineering level.
But in 2021 that all changed to nil contact with non subscribers. Even when they kept breaking their systems with their updates, you had to wait months for things to get fixed because the typical response was that no one had reported an issue.
Sorry to say your on your own now.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
Never came even close to such ignorance and arrogance.
I called 3, some ignorant did not even listen just said "they call you back."
I waited 3 days, no call.
