No audio on desktop or android app

First my Model # is: VMS3530 (not on table!) Next, neither app (desktop WIN10 or Android,) are verbose and/or have audio?

Those cameras ( arlo with 4 batteries ), do not have audio....

only the Pro and Pro2 models do
