No Motion Videos go to Library

I cannot get motion videos to be saved in my library on my Android phone for desktop PC.  I have checked and rechecked the setting of each camera and they are set as suggested by the manual.  It used to work but about 1-2 months ago, I get emails or notifications of motion and even see a red number on the library icon.  Yet when I go into the library, there is nothing.  If it's Netgear, I will notify them, however I want to be certain that I have exhausted all I can do.  Thanks

The easiest thing to do is delete the app on your android phone and re-install it ( in case it got buggy )
