Recently my internet got disconnected at home and ever since then in my Arlo app the mode has disappeared and view from camera. I re-synced everything, my account and camera info is on the app just fine and the base and camera are synced fine. Just no MODE or camera view on app.

two things to try, one at a time;
Reboot the base unit by the power botton ( off- on )
Uninstall the app and reinstall on phone

Hello and thanks for the response. I️ tried both rebooting the base, removing the app and then re-installing.i had no problem syncing the 2 but my app is still showing no “mode” options or a camera picture.

You may need to reset (NOT restart) the system and start fresh. First, try using abrowser to see what happens.
