No Longer picking up Motions

One of my Cameras is no longer picking up Motion. I have checked the settings and it is set to pick up Motion. I have tested the sensitivity over the last week and no setting works. I have also tried to re-synic the camera to the hub, nothing is working. The battery is fully charged. This starteb on May 30th.

Im also having same issues with my back camera. Motion lights work but when is time to capture video it does not. only when really close to camera.

It's possible that resetting the whole system would help. Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
