I have set up the Arlo VMS3330 without problems. Working fine since I got it a week ago. Now I have no internet light. I've reset it, first the internet light is amber And then it shows no internet light. internet works fine. Router is not the problem.

Actually, the router may be the problem. The first step is to power cycle both the router and the base. If that doesn't help, try a different cable and a different port on the router. If still no good, open a case with support - the bas may have a bad Ethernet port.
