No Green Lights On VMS3130

Good afternoon, I just received my Arlo VMS3130 and when I make the initial connection only the amber light appears, I wait 5 minutes and never appear the two green lights. I already reset but it did not work. Thanks for the help.

We need to know WHAT light is amber? Actually, what are all of them doing> Power and Internet have to be green.
