Night vision not working

Dear community members, although my night vision has been siwtched to "on" mode, my picture is completely black. Tried resyn camera & reload of bateries; but problem persists...BTW, infra red lights are "no" on when camera is activated in total darkness. Set of cameras was bought in January this year. Thanks in advance for your inputs!

When resyncing, did you remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices first? If not, do so.

 

It may be fastest to just factory reset and start fresh. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Check for firmware updates. Any luck?
