I'm having issued with my image quality at night.
If I go to the 'video settings' menu the preview shown looks great. It's bright, clear and sharp. However the previews shown anywhere else and the actual recordings are really dark despite having quality set to maximum. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I believe that the Arlo app enhances the video's brightness in Live view. Do you have any lights that can be turned on when motion is detected?

Can you post a pic of what the camera sees during daylight?
When you walk in front of the camera at night, do you see the red IR illuminators glowing on the front of the camera? Is your Night Vision switch set to On?
When you walk in front of the camera at night, do you hear an audible click from the camera?
Have you changed the brightness setting via the live view window?

The IR function is disabled. The camera is working fine however. I've inserted two images below which show the issue.
The first shows what the view on this cam looks like through the video settings tab. This is absolutely fine to me. Happy with this.
This one however shows what the images look like through all of the other preview screens, recorded video and when I use ARLO to take a 'snapshot' of the image above.
This is the same kind of issue on all 3 of my cams although I do use night vision on one of them and that works fine. I've tried disconnecting them all, swapping them around, rebooting etc. Nothing has worked.
I also don't seem to have an option to control brightness anywhere.

Can't see the pics yet since they have to be mod-approved.
Brightness is set by using live view and clicking on the sun icon. Adjust the slider and save. You'll need to start live view again to see the new setting.

I've adjusted the brightness (thanks!) and it has helped but the image still isn't as clear or crisp as the image settings preview.
