I have a Arlo camera n it waz working fine. Three days ago changed my camera's batteries because it was weak. Now notice at night on my Android cell phone that the night vision feature no longer works. At night all i can see is a black picture. Please provide a solution. Thanks

any chance the night vision somehow got turned off?

If the IR ( night vision ) is still togggled on.... then reset the camera by pulling and replacing batteries and power button reboot the base unit

Thanks for your replying so fast. Tried ur
suggestion, the IR comes on, but the picture is still black. If I shine a light, then I'm able to see a picture of what the camera is aimed at.

I replaced it with another wireless camera, and the night vision feature works. Is the 1st camera defective, if yes, how can I get a replacement. It should be still under the 1 year warranty (purchased 9/2016).
