Night Vision not working in one of the cameras

Hi my night vision on one of my cameras has stopped working.  I have tried the following suggestions from your knowledge base:

- replaced batteries

- reset the camera

- removed the camera and re-synced it back to the base station

 

All of these options have not resolved my problem.  Could you advise of anything else i can try.  We are about to go on holidays and i need the device performing as it should before we go.

Open a case with support here. Otherwise, swap the camera with another that has external lighting so it's useful while you're gone and then open the case.
