New systems - one camera times out before starting

Just installed Arlo  Oct 10, 2015 - 3 cameras.  2 outside, 1 inside house (vacation home).  Inside camera times out before starting.  Sometimes can get to play; however, now won't start, just says that camera timed out before starting.  Possible that I have defective camera?  Purchased directly from Netgear.

jcaldera,

 

Consider relocating the camera and see if it continues to give you issues. It sounds like something could be interfering with the cameras communication with the base station. Is the camera near any other WiFi devices, cordless phones, baby monitors? Let us know!
