New system, cameras working, not recording. Been working on this for 3 hours. Please help

Need details.  Can you live view?  Are the running men green or gray?  Have you set up rules and then modes?  Are the checkmarks in the modes for each camera green or black?

Got it working,  finally,  Thanks.   The "rules/modes" is not very user friendly.  All the rules were deleted.  ??
