I deactivated my cameras and now I cannot get them to show on my iPad.
I tried resetting the base, I did not get 3 amber lights blinking, just one amber light blinking to the far right.
I have 3 green lights.
I am able to sync my cameras to the base.
I went to settings-->subscription-->add a base
and it cannot find it--did that several times after unplugging and plugging
I have reloaded the app twice.
I have unplugged and replugged several times.
On my iPad settings i can see the NETGEAR49 WiFi is working.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Syncing cameras to the base is done by BRIEFLY pushing the Sync button on the right side of the base and then the Sync button on the camera. Holding the Sync button on the base causes a different operation and sync is not possible.

jhadrava,
If you got just one amber light blinking on the far right that means only the sync button was being held down. When attempting to do a factory reset the sync button AND the red reset button on the back of the base station must be held down at the same time. If done correctly all lights on the base station will flash amber.

Thanks for the reply. Ok now I can got the base added.
But now the cameras won't sync with the base.
I have 2 green buttons.
So then I hold down the button on the left side of the base, and the far left light starts to blink.
Then I hold my camera button down, and it starts to blink blue, but the it changes to amber and blinks fast. So they are not connecting.
The base then stays blinking for a long time, before it stops.
I have tried this several times after rebooting, taking the batteries out.
Again any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry, my directions are wrong. It should be right side for both.
So then I hold down the button on the left side of the base, and the far left light starts to blink.
So then I hold down the button on the RIGHT side of the base, and the far RIGHT light starts to blink.

Are you on WIFi on the same network as the base station?
