New camera won't sync

Have a five 3030 camera setup now. Just upgraded to a annual paid account for up to 10 cams.  

 

But when I try to add a new camera, the yellow light on the base will blink, and the blue light on the camera will blink, but they will not sync.

 

I am only adding one camera at this time. Plan on adding a couple of Pros when the solar hook up for the rechargeable batteries is available. 

 

Everything else works, including my Geofence, so I'd like to not have to have to start over again.

could it be that the upgrade hasn't been applied throughout their system yet?

might be worth a try to remove one cam, then add the new one.

If that goes ok try re-adding the cam you removed.

Consider rebooting your base station (using the on-off button), then attempt the sync process again. Are you seeing the same behavior?
