New camera not showing on other user devices

I bought the arlo wireless 4 camera system. All synced fine, added other users in the family to camera app. Now i added a 5th camera, synced fine to my device, can see it on my app. But it doesnt show up on the other users app. Any suggestions?

New cameras (or ones that were removed and resynced) must be added to any accounts with granted access.
