New base station, doorbell won't connect

Had to get some new cameras and got a good deal at BestBuy which came with the latest base station. I got the new cameras to connect no problem, my old spotlight camera, and a few older Pro 2's to connect to the new station without any problems. I also have a Doorbell Essential wired that I tried to connect but the Arlo device will not find the doorbell. Any suggestions?
