New arlo app wont find the basestation, is there something i am missing?

You're just updating the app, not reinstalling the system. Same as any other previous app update.

Hi, yeah its just the new app, but its refusing to find the netgear base station. Didn't have any issues with the old app tbh

Anyone help?? New app wont find the netgear base station, lights are on on the base station, but just keeps searching for it but wont connect...

Does the web interface see it?

Yeah, all looks the same with the lights etc on the base station, just i cant get the phone to discover it😕

GDren,

 

Are you logging in to the new app with the same credentials that you used with the legacy app? You do not need to add any new devices or rediscover the base station, simply sign in to the new app with the same credentials.

James I am having the same issue. 

 

I have reset and tried to connect via app and laptop and keep getting the not found basestation. 

The lights are all green.
