So I send a link to connect to cameras then it shows that the are excepted but the cameras aren't there.

All kinds of issues since the new app. Also cannot get the app to send alerts

Which interface are you using - new or old? The difference can be figured out depending on if you see Feed (new) or Library (old).

Everyone has to use the same version (at least the latest version) of the app and the same user interface. If using the new interface, click on Home found at the top of Devices a d choose the other Home which would be the one from the person granting access. I renamed my wife's default Home to "Home - Don't use this" to help show the difference.
