New app not connecting

Can't set schedule new app revision. I have two subscriptions but can't talk to a real person.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support to view options for contacting official support.

 

What is the problem with schedules? If you used them with the old interface that uses Library to view recordings, those had a start and stop time. The new method is only a start with a second schedule starting causing the first to stop. That is:

 

Schedule 1 - Arm Away at 9PM every day

Schedule 2 - Standby at 6AM every day

 

so the system arms all cameras at 9PM and turns them off at 6AM. Of course, this is very basic so you may need to edit your modes so the schedule fits your purposes.
