New add on Camera Install

I just added two cameras to my arlo system, I have a total of 4 now, the 2 new ones that I added on both did firmware updates.  But one of the cameras no matter if it records video or not, everytime I log in, it is the green window that says press the Live button to see live action.   Or i can click on the library and see recordings it has done.   It just does not show a preview of its last recording like the other cameras.

I have reset the camera, but nothing helps.

In ref to the Green camera...

Remove the camera fully and re install as new usually fixes this glitch.
