New add on Arlo camera not appearing on phone app

I added my 5th camera and it shows on my Phone (App) but when i log into the internet the camera is not showing.  do i have to do something to get it to show on the internet?

The only thing I can think of at the moment is, are you using the same username and password on both devices?

power button reboot the base and clear the cache on the computer...

check again.

If still not there, Remove Device and bring it back as if new using the computer ( not the app )
