New System none of the cameras will not sync.

I just purchsed a new system and went through the setup.  Everything looks good.  Settings shows my base unit and subscription.  All LED lights are green (power and internet).  All cables are connected as they should.  But not one of the new cameras will sync.  The sync LED light starts blinking green, I push the sync button on the camera and it's starts blinking blue, but then after about 5-10 seconds it starts blinking amber fast.  I have tride all four cameras, same results. I've retried this over and over on all carmeras.  I have rebooted or re started the base unit, same results.  This is very fustrating and I'm ready to pack it up and return it.  Please help, not able to find how to get a hold of support.

When attempting to sync, how far is the camera from the base station? Take a look at this article for more information on why cameras will not sync: My camera will not sync with the base station
