New House - Don't know what I have

Hello, I recently bought a new house and looks like the old owners used Arlo (lots of signage and stuff around the house). I don't think there's any cameras or anything currently as I haven't seen them, but is there any way to find out what the previous owners had? Just wondering if there's a way to find if going back to Arlo would be quicker than something new. Just been extremely difficult finding any way to contact Arlo to find out.

Electronic "stuff"?  If so, are you seeing a base station (which generally looks similar to a router).
