Hello, this may have already been posted, but I haven't been able to locate any decent responses..... new single Arlo camera system with base station. set up was super simple and everything worked fine for about 4 hours. then the camera went offline / disconnected. I re-synched the camera, and was fine for another 3 to 4 hours, then went offline again. (this was at a distance of about30'. moved the camera to within 20' and same results. offline after about 3 to 4 hours. Motion sensing set to all active. Using Netgear nighhawk router with 5Ghz disabled. Now have the camera sitting right next to the base station to see if this is a "range" issue. for the time being, anyone else experiencing this issue?

When offline is noted, is the Internet LED amber or green? Since this is a new system, remove all devices in Settings, press the reset button until the LEDs flash amber, use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab and add the base back in. Then resync the camera.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. it is most appreciated.

what I mean by "offline" is that the system / base station indicates that there isn't a camera attached (using the app or web browser). Additionally, the light light on the base station for the camera turns amber when the camera is disconnected. I have to re-synch the camera every few hours to get it functioning again.

Just now tried your suggestion. Will post results in a few hours.

thank you.
