Arlo put new software on my Android phone and now I am unable to disarm the system. I put the system on Standby but it does nothing. All my cameras are always armed and I can't turn any of the cameras off. This new software is great but I need help. I need support. I am a paying subscriber! I'm about ready to delete my Arlo app and go buy a new system.

In my frustration, I unplugged my Arlo system. I turned it back on to test it and give you the info. but it appears as though it reset somehow and is giving me what I'm expecting. TY for getting with me.

Have you opened up the Standby mode?  There shouldn't be any rules in it for your cameras.

I read through everything you sent to me (thank you) and cleaned out my Standby Mode, which had only included my Doorbell. Well. It didn't work. On Standby, all of my cameras are on, even though my phone indicates that no camera is on. Is it possible that Arlo's new software doesn't work with my phone?

Phone: I have a Samsung android. Galaxy A23 5G.

Yes, I opened Standby. It just had the screen for adding a widget.

Assuming you put the system on Standby correctly via dashboard ..... how do you know the cameras are always armed?

Are you able to share your screenshot for ROUTINES >> modes >> Standby ?

@DarhleneZ are you still seeing this same behavior?

Yes, I am still experiencing problems. I am turning off the whole system until I find a solution.

Can you please send screenshots of the Routines ~ Modes and Standby?

I know that my cameras are on while on Standby because when I stand in front of them, they ding. And, no, I cannot capture screen shots. (Don't know that much about my phone. Sorry.)

I'll try my best. Give me a bit to figure out how to do that.
