When I inserted a sc micro card the smart hub gives the next message”the placed card cannot be used”

It could be a faulty card - have you tried another? It may also be that the inserted card is not formatted in FAT32 and/or has more than one partition on it. You can use a computer to remove any partitions and also to use a 3rd party program to format it to FAT32.
