On May 7, I purchased 2 cameras to replace 2 cameras that would not connect. I received a 30% discount due to my issues with the older cameras resulting in my purchases costing me $111.00 per camera. On May 10, Just a few days after my purchases, the same cameras went on sale for $99.99 each. I contacted Arlo support (Eme) on May 12 and was told that I would receive a $20.00 refund on my purchase. On May 19, I received a request to update Arlo on my refund issue. After 45 minutes I was told by another Arlo representative that I would not be receiving any refund on my purchase because the cameras were no longer on sale for $99.99. I complained and was told the representative would elevate my claim to the next level, and they would be in contact.

An interesting note to this entire issue is: The two older cameras are “net gear”cameras and Arlo divested their relationship with Netgear around the time my cameras quit working? Seems there is a link somewhere?

So your cameras went out years ago? Arlo split from Netgear in 2018.
