I just connected a new base station and I have both green lights.  I am using the iphone app and it wont discover the base station.  Runs for 3-4 minutes, then tells me to plug in the base station again and again.

 

Very annoying, very disappointing system.  Should be easier than this.

 

is it a wifi issue?  Do i need to be on a sewpcific wifi network within my home as I have 3 separate wifi signals depending on where we are in the home.

As noted in the setup directions, any mobile device has to be on the same network as the base station.You can't use 3/4G to connect since it's not set up yet.

 

Many folks, including myself, find it easier to use a computer for initial setup. YMMV.
