Needs to be updated but shows it will not complete download. Tried restarting.

My base was saying it needed to be updated.  When I attempt to update the base it will not complete the download. I have tried resetting my base and when I do that the camera icon on the base is amber instead of green becaue the update will not load properly. Is there a way to override the update?

The Camera LED being amber means it needs to be claimed. Use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to do so.
