When I purchased the BASE + Cameras (early 2018 or 2017) I do not recall how they were installed;
(no CELL Phone) BASE never installed;
ARLO website seems to want an APP that requires a CELL phone;
I will phone ARLO;
Thanks for the rsply.

Did you also delete the base station?
What happens if you try to add the cameras again from the web interface?

It suggests using the app, but you can still add the camera using the web interface.

I don't why you are talking about updating equipment now.
You can add your cameras using the web interface. That hasn't changed. What has changed over the years is that they give you a pop-up suggesting that you use the app instead. But there is a link that says you can use the web. Just click on "Continue installation on web" at the bottom of the pop-up.
