Need to access old video or still of house before Irma flattened it. I had 3 Arlo up and running

Hurricane Irma flattened my home in Key West, FL.  My insurance company would like a pre-Irma pic of the home.  I have not been able to access the videos feed of any of the camera's prior to Irma.  What do I need to do?

You may be SOL if you didn't manually download videos. You can try opening a case with support to see if there is any way to get videos that old from Netgear but I don't like the odds.
