Need help to change phone # and email address used in two-step verification. No access to account.

Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to change a phone number and an email address used in my ARLO two-step verification or a customer service phone number to help me do this ?

 

Here's the story:

I recently purchased a new cell phone with a new phone number when my old cell phone (used in my two-step verification) was LOST.

 

I also have a new email address with my new ISP  (my old email address was HACKED and I had to disable it).

 

I can't make these changes in my ARLO account because the two-step verification either sends a code to my old cell phone or my old email address.

 

Is there a way to by-pass the two-step verification or is there an ARLO customer service  phone number available with a live customer service representative who could help me ? ( I have the ARLO SECURE subscription with monthly auto-pay).
