I am wanting to install four cameras in my condo complex. I bought the four camera pack, but the base station isn't really working with where i want to put all four cameras - so can i split two cameras up and add them to an additional base station? can i boost the base station signal?
love the product!

Yes, you can add a second base station. The catch is that you can't buy them separately so maybe return the 4 camera package and get two 2 camera packages.
No, you can't boost the base station signal. Your exact location would be all you can do. Consider placing it higher, even in a second floor or attic. You can also place it away from your router using a long Ethernet cable or by using a WiFi extender that has an Ethernet port.

Could I control all four cameras (three on one base station, one on another) from the same account?

The catch is that I believe the second base will require it's own schedule. I'm not 100% sure of that but using a Q camera requires this so I suspect the same is true for multiple base stations.

How about maximum distance between camera and base station?

Nominally, 300 feet. That would be under perfect conditions, however, with unobstructed line of sight and no other wireless signals to interfere. In real life, maybe 100 feet or as little as 10, depending on building construction, WiFi interference, etc. You'd have to test to find out for your location. Locating the base station relative to especially the furthest cameras will be important. You can't extend the range of the base but you can use a long Ethernet cable or WiFi extender to allow you to reposition the base to a better overall location. Your only other choice would be to use a second base station so each can maximize the camera connections.
