Good day all,
We bought an Arlo system last September and its been working as expceted. We rarely login to the arlo website as we typically just use the app to view cameras or recordings.
Today, I tried to login to my arlo web account and am able to login just fine, however it shows that I have no devices assigned to the account. They were all there a few months ago. No base station, none of the 5 cameras are assigned to the account.
Its just a blank page really. When I click on Settings at the top right, it retuns me back to the login page to login again. so I login and repeat and have given up.
Would anyone happen to know how to fix this and get my cameras and base station back on my acocunt?
Again, the mobile app is working fine. Shows everything as expected, this only seems to affect my web account.

No one has brought this up before so we're on virgin ground. First, try a different browser. If that works, Flush your browser's cache and remove any cookies for arlo.netgear.com. Does anything work?

Thank you for the response, much appreciated.
I have tried Chrome, Chrome Ingocnito, Edge and IE, will try flushing/resetting one of them and trying again.
At this time, I am suspicious that it might be flash permissions realted. I will post if that suspicion ends up being correct.

Also check your Firewall settings and if you are using Antivirus software, also check that the Arlo system is not being blocked.
