My phone has all four cameras but my other phone will not allow me to add device. Help?

I have the rechargeable Arlo Camera with sound. My one phone has all four cameras on it, but my other phone will not allow me to add the device. I have tried "Add Device" multiple times, but I can't seem to get it to add. Any suggestions and/or help would be appreciated. Have tried "Live Chat" multiple times with no connection. thanks

That's because eithe r1) it's already added or 2) the second phone has been granted access. In the latter case,the primary user has to go to Setings, Grant access and add that camera to each account.
