My new phone is not recognized by the app

My phone was stolen. I have a new one, but I cannot have acces to my account because it is not recognized. What can I do? I need help.

Did you try using the alternate methods (email) for the authentication? Look for it when you first attempt to login and it prompts you to do so under the prompt.
