My employer installed this brand and concerned of privacy. What product is this?

Please help. My employer just installed this brand of camera and I was concerned about my privacy when I saw something with the same brand name on the ceiling in the bathroom. It is rectangle and flat like a laptop, white, with a couple of illuminated green lights. It does not look like a camera but I am uneasy because I do not know what it is.
